All about Max

It's been sooooo long since I've blogged. I've been really busy trying to pack for our big move in Sept and getting albums designed and printed. My parents have been here, helping me out and spending a lot of time with Max. Here is a sampling of their visit:

I went out of town with some friends for the weekend so my parents took Max to the butterfly museum in Lincoln Park. He was fascinated.

My mom and I discovered an amazing park where there is a jungle gym actually inside a pool. At first Max wasn't sure about the water, but then he had so much fun


After the pool, we came upon a huge birthday party for some kids and they had a bouncy house. Max stared for a good ten minutes.


Someone brought a puppy to the park, which Max loved!

Luke and Hayden

Yesterday I traveled out to Naperville to photograph Luke and his new little sister, Hayden. Luke did great with both the photo session and his two week old sister.

Leslie and Scott are engaged!

Leslie and Scott are getting married next May so yesterday we went out and took some fun pictures. Look at how cute they are!

Good-bye party for Keith

On Saturday we had a good-bye party for my husband.....he's leaving for Qatar in two weeks and I am going to follow with our son in mid-September. The party was great and fun was had by all.....

I had another great couple on Friday, who have been going out since high school! I also shot Amanda's sister's wedding two years ago so I feel like I really know the family--what great people. Ironically, Amanda's little sister Jackie caught the bouquet so maybe there will be another Spoerl wedding for me to shoot (but not too soon since Jackie is only 12!)

Jason and Nicole are married!

Jason and Nicole had a very beautiful wedding at the Sofitel on Saturday. They are clearly in love, their families were very gracious and their friends were a blast. Nicole looked like she walked off the pages of Bride's Magazine.
